Celebrating something big…

Celebrating something big…

Celebrating something big…

No, not the Picos de Europa where I’ve been on holiday this year! They were magnificent and we had a brilliant few days walking, swimming and enjoying Spanish hospitality.

No, it’s something I’ve been working on behind the scenes at work, which has taken hours and hours of planning, designing, re-working, communicating, dreaming even. And now I can share this with you officially…

…Our senior level coaching programme is now dual accredited: EMCC Global Senior Practitioner Coaching and Mentoring Programme with ILM Level 7

I can’t tell you how proud I feel as I share this with you.

It means a lot to me personally because it is so much more than training people in coaching skills. It’s about supporting people to become coaches in the fullest sense: grounded, ethical, creative, compassionate and deeply impactful.

When you dive below the surface, coaching becomes holistic and brilliantly human. It makes a real difference to people and organisations and the wider systems in which we all operate.

This October, we’ll be running our first cohort of the programme with full, dual accreditation. And as part of this milestone, we’re offering a special founding rate as a way of acknowledging and thanking those who join us at the start of the next part of our journey. Future trainings will reflect the full value of the programme; for this cohort, it feels important to mark the moment with something special.

The programme is hybrid: online through autumn and winter, with two in-person days in the spring (including our coaching outdoors module) and ongoing monthly CPD and learnings after that. And there’s plenty of support built in, from tutorials and buddy partnerships to 6 months of membership in our Consciously Connected Coaching Collective and coaching supervision.

We offer core modules and specialist learning with expert coaches, including coaching neurodiversityclean approaches to coachingcultural competence in coachingcoaching in the Thinking Environmentmindfulness for coaches and of course, coaching outdoors.

I can’t wait to walk this path with our next group of participants and see where it takes us.

If you’d like to know more, drop me a message, I’d love to have a conversation.
