The Coaching Collective is about much more than finding new skills and knowledge (though there are plenty of opportunities for that); itās about connection, confidence; itās about you, your clients and your work. And itās about how the power of the whole is good for everyone.
Our connection and community bring confidence, ideas, resources, a grounded sense of wellbeing and a strengthened sense of who we are, how we want to work and how we want to be.
Thereās a monthly masterclass (Coaching Outdoors, Creativity in Coaching, Working Styles and Neurodiversity Coaching have been some of the topics so far); an informal āconnectā session every month where members can bring a cuppa and chat through ideas, issues and celebrate successes; and a quarterly Book Club to share and discuss those reads which really make a difference to our coaching and our clients.
