Seasonal Group Supervision for Coaches

The Summer Solstice is just a few weeks away now and I’d like to invite 4 – 6 coaches to mark it together with me.

I’m forming a small group supervision community which honours the rhythms of the earth and the turning of the seasons. We’ll be together as the same group across a year, acknowledging within our group supervision the cycles of the seasons and together building trust, courage and connection.

Why connect coaching supervision with the cycles of the earth?

  • When a group of coaches is attuned to the natural world in the same moment in time, there’s a shared energy and shared purpose, a deep connection which in turn fosters deep reflection and learning together.
  • We are all part of nature; nature is part of us. Working with this in mind helps us connect with each other and the wider systems which link us together, broadening perspective and helping us see more widely and clearly about the things that matter.
  • And at the same time, there’s a shared way into a deeper connection with ourselves and our relationships, big and small.

The Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year. A peak of light and vitality. Maybe it’s an invitation to bring awareness to our inner and external resources, our clients’ strengths and generosity, or bring into the light considerations which until this point, had been waiting in the shadows for the right moment to emerge.

This supervision group is for coaches who:

  • Feel that nature-connectedness is part of who they are and how they work
  • Want supervision that feels spacious, creative and connected
  • Are drawn to a working in alignment with the rhythms of the seasons

We meet for the first time on 22nd June.

Spaces are intentionally small and our group will remain the same over the course of the year, building trust, courage and connection as we go. If any of this resonates and you’re curious to have a conversation, do get in touch.
