A day of learning, practice, reflection and peer connection for coaches.

For executive and professional coaches who want substantive, peer-led CPD grounded in community. 

Late summer brings us cooler mornings and a subtle shift of the light, a perfect time to pause, prepare and connect with what’s important as we move towards the Autumn.

Our Late-Summer Gathering offers you an invitation to be alongside other coaches from within the Consciously Connected Coaching Collective and beyond, forming connections that will sustain and develop your coaching practice into the latter part of the year.

The day will weave together theory, time outdoors in the beautiful grounds of Oddfellows in the Park, opportunity to explore coaching in practice and genuine peer exchange.

Across the day, you’ll:

• Explore our framework for Consciously Connected Coaching, through theory, reflection and practice
• Spend time outdoors exploring awareness of self, client and the relational field drawing on the season of Late Summer as our guiding metaphor
• Take part in a speedy Book Club session (Speed Dating with Ideas!), sharing a book that’s changed your practice and leaving with a fresh reading list to take away
• Explore connection and community as coaches among the magnificent Oddfellows trees
• Close the day intentionally, in community, everyone leaving with a personal commitment

• An unhurried and delicious lunch
• Book Club: Speed Dating with Ideas! Share a book that’s changed your practice and leave with a fresh reading list.
• The Collective in Practice: Outdoors, among the magnificent trees of Oddfellows
• A Guided Reflective Space
• Closing Circle: Closing intentionally and in community, each person leaving with a personal commitment.
