Claire Bradshaw

Claire is Programme Director and founder of Claire Bradshaw Associates. An experienced Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, and Educator, she is passionate about creating spaces where people feel deeply heard and from where they can make aligned choices. Claire holds advanced qualifications in coaching and supervision and is accredited as an EMCC Senior Practitioner. She brings expertise in organisational and leadership development as well as coaching outdoors and reflective practice.

Claire founded the Consciously Connected Coaching Collective in 2022 to support coaches beyond formal learning, creating a thriving community for growth and connection. Claire’s approach is appreciative, creative, nature-based and reflective, underpinned by strong academic understanding. A sought-after facilitator and author of many resources, Claire is committed to ethical, evidence-based coaching that delivers sustainable change.

Carmen Clarke

Carmen is an experienced facilitator, executive coach, and consultant with over 20 years in frontline services and leadership across social justice and business sectors. For eight years, she was founding director and independent advocate for a service supporting refugees and people seeking asylum who have been trafficked. 

As well as being a Level 7 Coach, Carmen is a Certified EISAP 2.0© Practitioner accredited by the Society of Emotional Intelligence International UK & Europe. Of African-Caribbean heritage, Carmen brings lived experience of racism and intersectional oppression which informs her work on projects that influence systemic change. Carmen delivers the Cultural Competence in Coaching module on our programmes, helping coaches create inclusive, impactful practice.

Beth Hughes

Beth has been coaching leaders and teams since 2016, specialising in neurodiversity coaching. Originally a careers coach, she Beth leads the Clean Language and neurodiversity modules of our programmes.

Beth believes everyone can thrive at work and in life by creating the right conditions for success. An expert in Clean Language, she uses strength-based techniques to enable sustainable change. Beth holds an ILM Level 7 Certificate for Executive and Senior Level Coaches and is EMCC Accredited. With over 20 years’ experience as a group facilitator, she supports individuals navigating career and professional development. Her own late-life neurodiversity diagnosis and family experience give her unique insight into workplace challenges for those who think and experience the world differently.

Florence Madden

Florence is a highly experienced coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and Trainer with over 20 years in leadership development. She is the author of two books, The Intention Impact Conundrum and Everyday NLP, which explore practical ways to enhance personal effectiveness and communication.

Florence has trained extensively with leading figures in NLP and Generative Coaching, including Robert Dilts and Stephen Gilligan and is passionate about helping individuals and organisations thrive. She delivers our Generative Coaching module, bringing deep expertise and a creative, inclusive approach to learning.

Rob Booth

Rob is passionate about helping leaders reflect, build influence, and foster a mindset of empowerment across organisations. With over 20 years’ experience, he has designed and led leadership development programmes that deliver meaningful impact and real value.

Holding an MSc in Professional Practice (Coaching and Mentoring), Rob works as an Executive Coach and Mentor across the UK. He is qualified in MBTI, FIRO-B, and motivational interviewing, using creative approaches to help individuals thrive and reach their potential. Trained by Nancy Kline, Rob is a certified Thinking Environment Facilitator and delivers the Thinking Environment module on our programmes. He also lectures on MBA and Masters courses and consults across private, public, and third-sector organisations.

Tanya Coutts

Tanya is the person who keeps everything running smoothly and holds our team together. An experienced Operations Manager, she has spent many years working in values-led organisations within Manchester’s voluntary sector. Tanya combines exceptional organisational skills with a genuine passion for people, ensuring our programmes deliver the best possible experience for every learner. While she loves a good spreadsheet, her real strength lies in creating supportive systems and processes that make learning seamless and enjoyable. Tanya’s commitment to excellence and care for detail underpin everything we do, making her an invaluable part of our team.

 

Lisa Jeskins

Lisa is an experienced trainer, coach, and consultant in leadership development particularly in the field of library and knowledge services. She has a passion for professional development and helping people reach their full potential. Lisa brings her experience of working in higher education and her expertise as an educator to design and deliver interactive, memorable learning. 

Lisa holds an ILM Level 7 qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and is an accredited Belbin facilitator. She is the marker for our accredited programmes, ensuring quality and rigour throughout the learning process. Her blend of academic insight, thoughtful feedback and practical experience makes her an invaluable member of our team.

 

Taravandana

Taravandana has been practising and teaching Mindfulness for 35 years, both within the Buddhist tradition and as an accredited secular Mindfulness Trainer. She is also an experienced Executive Coach, leadership and wellbeing trainer, and facilitator, with 34 years in the NHS.

Passionate about enabling people to reach their potential and lead fulfilling, creative lives, Taravandana delivers the Mindfulness for Coaches module on our programmes. She creates safe, supportive learning spaces that foster relaxation, self-awareness, and confidence, blending Mindfulness and Coaching approaches to enhance personal and professional growth.
