Our reflective practice group provides an opportunity to work together with me, a qualified coaching supervisor, in a structured, supportive and creative way. We’ll do this through the lens of nature and the seasons and I’ll be inviting you to reflect independently and, if it feels useful and right for you, with others in the group.
I’ll offer a range of options and perspectives within each session so you can work in a way which works for you. Bring something to record your exploration if you would like to – a notepad, pencils, pens, drawing materials etc.
By joining a practice group, you’re inviting some accountability, structure and creativity into your reflection, building on your existing insights and awareness and being intentional about future actions.
The investment is £45 per session + VAT (free to members of the Consciously Connected Coaching Collective)
