This is a community for coaches and the coaching curious. It’s a space to come together with others who share your passion for learning, for connecting and for personal and professional growth. It can be the difference between just getting by and finding genuine joy in what you do.
The Coaching Collective is about much more than finding new skills and knowledge (though there are plenty of opportunities for that); it’s about connection, confidence; it’s about you, your clients and your work. And it’s about how the power of the whole is good for everyone.
Our connection and community bring confidence, ideas, resources, a grounded sense of wellbeing and a strengthened sense of who we are, how we want to work and how we want to be.
There’s a monthly masterclass (Coaching Outdoors, Creativity in Coaching, Working Styles and Neurodiversity Coaching have been some of the topics so far); an informal ‘connect’ session every month where members can bring a cuppa and chat through ideas, issues and celebrate successes; and a quarterly Book Club to share and discuss those reads which really make a difference to our coaching and our clients.
