The Value of Reflective Practice
For coaches, senior leaders and business owners, time and space for reflection can be rare and yet it’s often the key to sustained effectiveness and impact. When we pause for structured and meaningful reflection, we create the opportunity to:

Our reflective practice group is designed specifically for professionals in leadership and coaching roles. Guided by me, a qualified coaching supervisor, we’ll work together in a structured, supportive and creative way, drawing inspiration from nature and the seasons. You’ll be invited to reflect independently, and if it feels valuable, alongside others who share similar responsibilities and challenges.
Each session provides a range of perspectives and approaches so you can engage in a way that best supports your growth. You may wish to bring a notepad, pens or other materials to capture your reflections.
By joining, you’ll bring greater accountability, structure and creativity into your reflective practice, deepening your insights, sharpening your leadership impact, and being intentional about your next steps.
Why now?
The Autumn Equinox is a natural moment of balance and a turning point as we move from light, longer days towards the golden light and cosy evenings of Autumn. It’s a time of transition and offers us the perfect reminder to pause, take stock and consider where we are placing our energy. As the seasons shift, we too can benefit from rebalancing priorities, letting go of what no longer serves us and setting fresh intentions for the months ahead.
