Starting November 2019 in the beautiful Peak District, our ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
Coaching can have an amazing impact on our ability to communicate, to lead, influence, to support and enable. It teaches us so much about ourselves and helps increase our confidence, our performance and our well-being.
ILM’s coaching and mentoring qualifications provide a recognised structure for learning and are the industry standard for coaches.
I’m delighted to be able to deliver this year’s programme from the beautiful setting of Reuben’s Retreat in the Peak District, just a train journey away from Manchester and Sheffield. Reuben’s Retreat is a charity which supports children and young people who have a life limiting and/or life threatening illness and parents and siblings that have a lost a child. They do amazing work and I’m pleased to be able to support that by choosing them as a venue for our programme.
The facilities are perfect for coaching and for learning. There is a light and airy training room and relaxing spaces with sofas and comfy chairs for smaller groups to work. There’s also a kitchen as well as beautiful landscaped gardens and space for parking. It is a short walk from Glossop Railway Station.
As an experienced coach and trainer, there is a real depth and quality to what I do and my commitment to making a difference shines through. Coaching outdoors is a particular passion as it can profoundly enhance thinking and create opportunities for sustained growth and real change. It is a feature of my coach training and adds value for organisations as well as enjoyment for my course participants.
