I am passionate about making a positive and sustainable difference for individuals, communities and organisations. This passion and my natural, facilitatory style has led me to work in areas such as community development, community libraries, staff engagement and organisational development. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some amazing, visionary and determined people and am constantly inspired by the way people think and act in the world.
Ethical practice
Ethical practice is at the core of how I work as a coach. I am a member of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council (EMCC) and subscribe to EMCC’s Code of Ethics (see http://www.emccuk.org).
I have an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching and Mentoring from the Bristol Business School at the University of Western England, ILM Level 7 in Executive Coaching and am an NLP Master Practitioner and licenced MBTI facilitator.
I am privileged to live on the doorstep of the High Peak yet close to the bright lights of Manchester. I’m a mum (and have found coaching as a parent can be hugely powerful), a lover of the outdoors and a glutton for books. I love yoga and sing whenever I can.
